Week #13 Volume and Consistency is the key!

 

Week #13 - 662 miles

March - 2056 miles

I managed to get in a really big week of 662 miles through some windy weather. Very happy to get this week in even though I haven't done a really long ride (of 200+ miles) in preparing for IWAR, I still feel pretty confident. It is kind of interesting that my overall mileage and number of long rides is almost exactly that same as last year. This year has seemed to be a little more challenging with the weather being a lot colder, or at least it seems! I really hope that the weather cooperates for IWAR and there isn't much moisture. The cold and wind are easier to deal with, but the mud can just make for a miserable experience.
